Hot Rock, Burning Coal, the Spirit of Rizpah: A Hot Coal Faith That Will Not Let Go

This message teaches that storms, pressure, delay, and opposition reveal what a believer’s life is built on. The call of the message is to stop drawing back, step in, dig deep, send the Word, and release faith persistently until the situation shifts. The central biblical picture is Rizpah, the mother in 2 Samuel 21 who guarded the bodies of her sons and refused to let birds or beasts devour them. Her story becomes a picture of a mother, intercessor, believer, and household leader who says: “Not my house. Not my children. Not my family. Not my legacy.”
